Pedrin’s Dairy Bar has been a cornerstone of Berkshire County’s roadside dining scene for over six decades. Located at 1360 Curran Highway in North Adams, this family-owned business has passed through three generations since 1963, when it was purchased from the original Pedrin family. In 2009, the owners renovated and doubled the space to 1,800 square feet while carefully preserving its classic charm.
The shop operates seasonally from April through October, making it a beloved summer tradition for locals and visitors.
Culinary Craftsmanship: Comfort Food Classics
Pedrin’s is famous for several signature dishes that keep people coming back year after year:
